Return Policy

OUR GOAL AT ROSA YORK IS TO STRIVE FOR 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items that do not fit or that you are not completely satisfied. Simply return your purchase in its original packaging with your original packing slip and ROSAYORK.COM order confirmation-mail receipt within 14 days of your purchase. Upon arrival of your return at our Returns Processing Center, the merchandise will be inspected to meet the following criteria: unworn, unused and in the condition received. If merchandise is in fact of such condition, we will promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.

You may return eligible products for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in detail below.

Returns are subject to the following:

·         The item must be unworn, unused and in the condition they were received.

·         Returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

·         Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

·         All sales are final on “Clearance” items.
