Upon arrival of your return at our Returns Processing Center, the merchandise will be inspected to meet the following criteria: unworn, unused and in the condition received. If merchandise is in fact of such condition, we will promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
